Summer is finally here in the Pacific Northwest and for Country fans it means Watershed Festival is soon. This year’s Headliners include Zac Brown Band and Watershed Alumni Miranda Lambert and Jason Aldean. Other acts playing the mainstage include Danielle Bradberry, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Maren Morris and many others. Also back this year is the popular Next from Nashville Stage, which showcases up and coming new country artists. Taking place over Aug 2nd- 4th at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Gorge WA, the festival pulls country music fans from all over the Northwest. The festival built for the fans, or “Shedders” as they like to be called, is not only for the music, but the experience.
The weekend features not only some of the top country acts, but also provides an experience for all its attendees. Fans descending on the Gorge for the largest festival in the Northwest will find games, rides, a trading post, camping contests and of course late night dance parties at the Next From Nashville Stage lead by DJ Silver. Watershed also strives to be environmentally friendly, including a recycling incentive program and a contest for cleanest campsite left behind. While this year’s tickets may be sold out, if a Country Music Festival experience like Watershed would be uplifting, head over to Watershed’s website to sign up for info for next year.
