Photos By Alex Crick Performing in a misty haze of weed and fake fog both Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg seemed at ease as the crowd joined him by passing joints as security seemed to ignore all but the highest offenders.  WaMu Theater was a place of celebration from beginning to the very late end.
